Confused about pain?

Do you ever feel lost for words when someone asks you a question like:

  • "Am I causing more damage if I push through pain?"

I can help!

“Matt has a great presentation style and has the ability to explain complex issues in a way that is relatable and easy to understand. Really enjoyed the session and came away with new knowledge."

Claire

Principal Lecturer, Nursing

"I found Matt’s presentation on pain so interesting! I came away thinking differently about my perception of pain & how I might process it next time which, given I am having a hip replacement tomorrow, is excellent timing."

Angela

Nutritional Therapist & Functional Medicine Practitioner

"Matt’s delivery was informative and fun, with practical examples, encouraging attendees to participate.
The presentation gave me a better understanding of my own lower back pain and a positive outlook towards managing this.
